Register online at app.rideminder.com/register/drivision. You'll need to create a customer profile in your own name with a valid email address as your Login Email. You must also register a valid credit card via the secure Stripe payment gateway — Drivision does not accept cash or payment in vehicles, so credit card registration is mandatory to make bookings.

Once registered, you can save favourite destinations (note: do not save airports as favourites — airport coordinates change regularly) and favourite guest profiles for faster future bookings.

Bookings are recommended as far in advance as possible. Online bookings are reviewed 8am–6pm AEDT daily. Bookings made after 6pm are processed from 8am the following morning.

As far in advance as practical to guarantee vehicle availability. Key guidelines:

  • Regular bookings: At least 8 hours before pickup (made 8am–6pm AEDT).
  • Urgent bookings: Less than 8 hours before pickup, or after 6pm for same/next day — must be followed up immediately by phone call to 1300 374 847.
  • Special events, concerts, sporting events: Book well in advance as demand for ground transport at these events is high.
  • Long-distance, daily hire, special vehicles: Book as early as possible; these have a 48-hour or 7-day cancellation window respectively.

An urgent booking is any booking made less than 8 hours before the scheduled pickup time, OR any booking made after 6pm for a pickup between 6pm that same day and 10am the following day. Make the booking online first, then immediately call 1300 374 847 to confirm. Drivision cannot guarantee driver availability for urgent bookings but will make every effort to accommodate them.

Edits should be made online through the RideMinder platform wherever possible. If you don't have online access, call 1300 374 847.

  • More than 4 hours before pickup: Drivision will accommodate edits where possible. If the allocated driver cannot accommodate the change, Drivision will attempt to reallocate to another driver.
  • Less than 4 hours before pickup: Edit online. If reallocation is not possible, cancellation fees may apply.

If a passenger does not appear within the complimentary wait time (30 minutes from domestic flight landing, 60 minutes from international landing for airport pickups; 10 minutes for regular pickups) and has not contacted Drivision, the trip may be marked as a no-show. A no-show fee equivalent to the full trip cost may be charged. Always contact 1300 374 847 if you are delayed.

Call 1300 374 847 as soon as you realise an item has been left in the vehicle. Drivision will make every effort to retrieve and return lost property. However, Drivision accepts no liability for lost items — passengers are responsible for their own belongings. A reasonable retrieval/return fee may apply if the item must be sent by courier.

As a hirer, you are responsible for:

  • Ensuring all passengers comply with driver instructions and behave appropriately
  • Any damage caused to the vehicle by you or your passengers
  • Keeping your registration and credit card details up to date
  • Ensuring accurate booking information — errors resulting from your supplied information are your responsibility
  • Not using someone else's credit card — this may constitute fraud and will result in immediate account suspension

Any damage to a vehicle caused by passengers — including spillages requiring professional cleaning, physical damage, or other damage — will be charged to the hirer's registered credit card. The cost will reflect actual repair or cleaning costs. Drivision will provide documentation of all charges. Report any pre-existing damage to the driver at the start of your journey.

Yes. For corporate clients and frequent travellers, recurring booking arrangements can be set up to provide consistent, priority service. Contact our contact page or call 1300 374 847 to discuss a tailored arrangement. The RideMinder platform also supports saving favourite destinations and guest profiles to speed up the repeat booking process.

Yes. EAs and travel managers can book on behalf of clients using the Favourite Guests feature in a registered account. The registered account holder is responsible for all bookings made under their account, including any fees or charges. Corporate accounts allow designated bookers with consolidated billing. Please note: the credit card used must belong to the registered account holder — using someone else's card is prohibited.

Contact Drivision in the first instance by visiting our contact page with your booking reference, the disputed amount, and the reason for the dispute. Drivision will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Initiating a credit card chargeback without first attempting to resolve with Drivision is a breach of the Terms of Service.

8 Q&As

When you book an airport pickup, you must provide a valid flight number and the scheduled arrival time. Drivision's system (via RideMinder) monitors your flight in real time — if your flight is delayed or arrives early, the driver's schedule adjusts automatically. Drivers are briefed on your flight status before departing for the airport.

Important: Always include a valid flight number when booking airport pickups. Do not save airports as a "favourite destination" — airport mapping coordinates are regularly updated and saved favourites may become inaccurate.
  • Domestic flights: 30 minutes complimentary wait time from actual landing time
  • International flights: 60 minutes complimentary wait time from actual landing time (allowing for customs/immigration/baggage)
  • Regular (non-airport) pickups: 10 minutes complimentary wait time

Additional waiting beyond these periods may attract a waiting charge.

All Drivision airport pickups include complimentary meet and greet. Your driver will:

  • Wait at the arrivals gate with a name board (displayed on a large smartphone or iPad)
  • Assist with luggage from the arrivals area to the vehicle
  • Be in professional attire (dress shoes, black pants, shirt and jacket)
  • Have water available in the vehicle
  • Hold access credentials for Canberra Airport pickup zones (ACT licenced operator)

Yes. Drivision holds ACT Transport Accreditation, a Canberra Airport Ground Transport Licence, and government partnerships that provide priority access to the Parliamentary Triangle and airport pickup zones. Drivision operates under licences HC164S / TBS0018 / ACTBS141TC in the ACT.

All major Australian airports including: Canberra (CBR), Sydney (SYD), Melbourne Tullamarine (MEL), Melbourne Avalon (AVV), Brisbane (BNE), Perth (PER), Adelaide (ADL), Hobart (HBA), Darwin (DRW), Gold Coast (OOL), Sunshine Coast (MCY), Cairns (CNS), Townsville (TSV). International airport transfers in NZ, Philippines, Singapore, UK, Ireland, Italy and USA are available through partner networks.

Contact Drivision immediately on 1300 374 847 if your flight is cancelled. Flight monitoring will detect significant delays, but proactive communication is strongly advised. Cancellation fee rules apply based on how close to the scheduled pickup time the cancellation is notified — if the flight cancellation is outside your control and you notify us more than 4 hours before the original pickup time, no fee applies.

Yes. This is one of Drivision's most valued services. When Canberra Airport is affected by fog or operational disruptions, we provide emergency Canberra to Sydney Airport transfers (approximately 3 hours, Hume Highway). This service has saved numerous clients from missed flights. Call 1300 374 847 as soon as you know — our response is immediate. This is treated as an urgent booking.

Yes. Luggage assistance is included in all airport transfer bookings. Drivers will assist from the arrivals area to the vehicle and from the vehicle to the departures entrance.

Our drivers are trained disability support workers — not just drivers. This is why we invoice at disability support rates rather than standard transport-only rates.

NDIS funding through our services can cover a wide range of community activities:

  • Medical appointments (GP, specialist, allied health, hospital outpatients)
  • Community participation and social outings
  • Day programs and supported activity transport
  • Shopping, errands, and essential services
  • Personal care appointments (hairdresser, podiatrist, optometrist)
  • Airport transfers with disability luggage assistance
  • WILLing to Care shuttle service (for registered participants)

Funding comes from your plan's Support Category 04 — Assistance with Social, Economic and Community Participation budget.

Because our drivers provide much more than just transport. They are trained disability support workers who:

  • Provide personal care assistance — helping with mobility aids, walking frames, and personal equipment
  • Assist door-to-door from the home through to the destination and back
  • Support shopping and errand completion (carrying bags, navigating spaces)
  • Provide assistance at medical facilities
  • Ensure safety, dignity and comfort throughout every journey

All drivers hold WWVP clearances, police checks, disability awareness training, and first aid certification. This level of qualified, accredited support is consistent with NDIS disability support rates.

For regular recurring bookings, contact us to set up a standing arrangement — we'll ensure you never miss a regular medical visit or community activity.

Our current fleet consists of standard vehicles only. We can accommodate:

  • Ambulant passengers (those who can transfer in and out of a standard vehicle)
  • Foldable/collapsible manual wheelchairs (stored safely in the boot)
  • Walking frames, crutches, and other ambulant mobility aids
  • Up to 5 NDIS participants with equipment space
⚠️ We do not currently carry motorised/powered wheelchairs and do not operate Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles (WAVs). If you require a WAV, we recommend contacting a specialist accessible transport provider.

Drivision Mobility Solutions invoices for services using the correct NDIS line item codes (see pricing section). For plan-managed participants, invoices are sent directly to your plan manager for payment. For self-managed participants, invoices are provided directly and payment is by the participant from their plan funds. Service Agreement terms apply — copies available from our contact page.

WILLing to Care is a dedicated supported transport shuttle service for participants with disability in Canberra and Queanbeyan. It provides regular group transport to supported activities and community programs run by WILLing to Care PTY LTD. The shuttle runs on a fixed morning and afternoon schedule, picking up participants from their homes across Canberra suburbs and transporting them to the WILLing to Care activity site and returning them home.

Standard schedule: Morning target — 9:00 AM at WTC; Afternoon return — 3:05 PM departure.

Guardians receive SMS notifications for every WILLing to Care trip — including driver details, estimated pickup time, and a real-time tracking link. Notifications are sent regardless of which driver is assigned for that day. The standard greeting in communications is: "Good evening, Tony from Drivision." No app download is required for guardians to receive these SMS updates.

Register at mobsolutions.drivision.com.au/willing-to-care or visit our contact page. For new participant enquiries, contact Paul Sheehan as the designated contact for onboarding. Participants must have appropriate NDIS funding (plan-managed or self-managed) to use the shuttle service.

The WILLing to Care shuttle operates an Easter Holiday Program and other school holiday programs. Guardians are notified in advance of holiday program schedules, and transport registration for holiday programs is managed via SMS communication to guardians. If you need to register for an upcoming holiday program, visit our contact page.

The WILLing to Care shuttle covers suburbs across Canberra and Queanbeyan. Known regular pickup locations include: Gordon, Chisholm, Queanbeyan, Hughes, Narrabundah, and other ACT/Queanbeyan suburbs. Representative route timings: Hughes → Gordon approximately 20–25 minutes; Chisholm → Hughes approximately 15–20 minutes; Gordon → Chisholm approximately 10 minutes. Exact routes vary by registered participants each day.

WILLing to Care shuttle transport is invoiced under the standard Drivision Mobility Solutions NDIS line items. For group activities associated with WILLing to Care PTY LTD (the activity provider, separate from Drivision's transport service), relevant codes include:

  • 04_102_0136_6_1 — Group Activities / Non-Face-To-Face
  • 04_599_0136_6_1 — Centre Capital Costs
  • 04_591_0136_6_1 — Activity Based Transport

Note: Transport codes 04_591_0136_6_1 and 01_799_0120_1_1 are treated as transport items and separated from non-transport subtotals in invoicing.

Drivision drivers operate as independent contractors under the following structure:

  • Commission rate: 70% of all booked fares (standard rate for all service types)
  • Company vehicle arrangement: Vehicle maintenance fee of 50% of the advertised fare applies when using a Drivision company vehicle (instead of 70% commission — effectively the vehicle cost is 20% of fare)
  • Fuel: Drivision's responsibility for company vehicle drivers (fuel card provided)
