A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your tour. Bookings made within 7 days of the tour require full payment upfront.

‚ùå Cancellation Policy

28+ days: full refund. 14–27 days: full refund minus 10% admin fee. 7–13 days: 50% refund. Less than 7 days: no refund. Same day / no-show: full charge applies.

üë• Minimum Group Size

A minimum of 2 guests is required for all standard wine tours. The Premium Full Day is available from 1 guest in a private sedan, or up to 6 guests in a Premium 7-Seater.

Valid photo ID (18+) required for all guests. We practise responsible service of alcohol throughout. Alcohol-free alternatives available on request.
