Snow chains are legally required during the declared snow season period when conditions warrant. Our experienced drivers monitor weather conditions and fit chains when necessary to ensure your safe passage. Exact season dates may vary based on snow conditions. Book transfers well in advance during peak season weekends and school holidays for guaranteed availability.

Additional costs applicable to all Snowy Mountains transfers — clearly outlined before you book.
Entry fees to Kosciuszko National Park are required throughout the peak snow season. Fees are payable at park entry points or can be purchased online in advance. Multi-day passes available for extended stays.
Snow chains are legally required to be carried when entering Kosciuszko National Park during snow season (June 1 – October 10). The $42 chain hire fee applies to all transfers during this period, regardless of whether chains are fitted. Our experienced drivers handle all chain requirements.
Return transfers can be booked for the same day, next day, or any future date. We recommend booking returns at the time of initial booking to ensure availability during peak season weekends. Flexible pickup times available to accommodate your skiing schedule. Contact us if your plans change — we understand mountain conditions can affect your itinerary.
Important: National Park fees and snow chain hire are additional costs separate from your chauffeur service and will be clearly outlined in your booking confirmation. During snow season (June 1 – October 10), chains must be carried by law — the $42 fee applies to all transfers during this period. Our team handles all chain requirements and park entry logistics so you can focus on enjoying your mountain experience.
Snowy Mountains
booking terms.
Alpine transfers are scheduled around limited peak-season capacity, so these terms apply to every Thredbo, Perisher and Mt Selwyn booking.
Full payment is required in advance to secure your booking. A quote does not hold a vehicle or a date — your transfer is confirmed only once payment is received in full.
Return journeys booked at the same time are paid together, so both legs are locked in for peak-season weekends and school holidays.
Bookings made within 7 days of the required pickup date need confirmation of availability before payment. Request your quote as normal — we will check vehicle and chauffeur availability and come back to you before any payment is taken.
Once availability is confirmed, full payment secures the booking as per Term 01.
Cancellations 48+ hours before pickup receive a full refund. Within 48 hours a 50% fee applies. Within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
If Drivision cancels because road conditions are unsafe, you receive a full refund or complimentary rescheduling.
