Do you offer return transfers?
Yes, we offer both one-way and return transfers. Returns can be booked for the same day, next day, or any future date. We strongly recommend booking return transfers at the time of your initial booking to ensure availability during peak season weekends. If your plans change due to weather or other factors, contact us to discuss rescheduling options.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 48+ hours before pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows. Weather-related cancellations initiated by Drivision due to unsafe road conditions result in a full refund or complimentary rescheduling.
Do you have options for larger groups?
Yes. For groups of 8 or more passengers, we offer an 11 Seater Bus. Both our 7 Seater Van and 11 Seater Bus can be fitted with trailers to accommodate extensive ski equipment. Contact us on 1300 374 847 for custom pricing on larger group bookings and multi-vehicle arrangements.
Are child seats available?
Yes, child seats are available upon request at no additional charge. We can provide infant capsules, convertible seats, and booster seats. Please specify the age and size of your children when booking so we can ensure the appropriate seats are fitted. All child restraints meet Australian safety standards.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Your safety is our top priority. Our chauffeurs are highly experienced in alpine driving conditions and vehicles are equipped with snow chains. We monitor weather conditions closely and maintain communication with transport authorities. If we determine that road conditions are unsafe for travel, we will contact you to discuss rescheduling or a full refund. In most conditions, we can safely complete your transfer — snow and cold are expected during ski season and our drivers train specifically for these conditions.
