Two driver arrangements.
One standard of service.
Both roles are based in the ACT and require the same licencing conditions and professional standards. The difference is in the vehicle and pay arrangement.
Realistic weekly earnings
by arrangement.
Based on actual Drivision booking rates. Rideshare earnings during quiet periods not included.
Plus rideshare earnings (Uber etc.) during non-booked hours. Wedding season and peak periods significantly increase booking volume.
No fuel costs — Drivision fuel card covers all fuel. Toll reimbursements and Uber rideshare tips are retained in full on top of the above.
Sub-Lessee charging costs: Typically $30–$50/week depending on usage and charging method. Home charging is the most cost-effective option. These examples exclude additional rideshare income available during non-booked hours.

The following requirements apply to both the Sub-Lessee and Company Driver positions. Ensure all accreditations are current before applying.

O condition is required to drive the Drivision 11-seater minibus. Drivers without O may operate all other vehicles in the fleet.
- Valid ACT driver's licence with H condition (hire vehicle — required)
- Valid D condition (rideshare/hire car accreditation — required)
- O condition (Omnibus) — optional; required for 11-seater only
- Clean driving record — no major traffic violations
- National Police Check completed within the last 6 months
- Current Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience (hire car or rideshare)
- Excellent knowledge of Canberra and surrounds
- Professional presentation and communication skills
- Customer service experience essential
- GPS navigation proficiency
- Punctuality and reliability — non-negotiable
- Copy of driver's licence showing H and D conditions
- Driving record extract (last 5 years)
- National Police Check (within 6 months)
- Current resume / CV
- Two professional references
- Current First Aid Certificate (if held)
- Provide professional chauffeur services to all Drivision clients
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and presentation to fleet standards
- Ensure timely arrival for all bookings
- Assist passengers with luggage and door service
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
- Sub-Lessee: manage vehicle charging schedule and costs
- Sub-Lessee: responsible for tyre replacement
