Overseas Booking Conditions

  • Must be a registered client of Drivision Australia on the RideMinder Booking Platform
  • Must have a valid credit card associated with your client profile
  • The initial cost quoted is not the final quote — final pricing will be provided once we receive a quote from the overseas operator
  • An invoice will be issued with the amount to be paid. Once payment is received, we will confirm your booking with the overseas operator
  • Any extras (trip diversions, extra waiting time, tolls, etc.) will be added to the final fare as indicated by the overseas operator
Cancellation Policy
  • Free cancellation up to 72 hours prior to local pickup time
  • Cancellations under 72 hours incur 100% of the quoted fee
  • Requested pickup times for airport drop-offs may be modified to ensure sufficient check-in time — this will be determined by the overseas operator

  • Any extras (such as trip diversion, extra waiting time, tolls etc.) will be added to the final fare as indicated by the overseas operator.
  • Free cancellation up to 72 hours prior to booking time (Local Pickup time)
  • Any cancellation under 72 hours will incur 100% of the quoted fee.
