How much does RideMinder cost in Australia? +
RideMinder's Australian pricing (all AUD) runs on a monthly subscription plus a per-trip fee: Solo at $149/month + $5.50 per trip with no setup fee; Fleet at $449/month + $4.50 per trip with a $499 one-time setup fee; and Enterprise at $999/month + $3.50 per trip with an $899 setup fee. There are no commissions on your booking revenue and no hidden fees.
What is the difference between RideMinder Solo, Fleet and Enterprise? +
Solo is for owner-operators: 1 driver, 1 vehicle, manual dispatch via mobile, co-branded passenger app. Fleet is for multi-driver operations: up to 20 drivers and 10 vehicles, automated dispatch, corporate account management, driver messaging, incident management and CC fee passthrough. Enterprise adds unlimited drivers and vehicles, enhanced reporting, dedicated account management, phone support and advanced compliance infrastructure.
Does RideMinder work for NDIS transport operators? +
Drivision uses RideMinder to support both its premium chauffeur operation and its NDIS-aligned Mobility Solutions division. The platform's compliance controls, driver verification, incident management and client notification tools make it well-suited to supported transport operations. For specialised NDIS billing (line items, service agreements), you will need a separate invoicing workflow — RideMinder's invoicing module handles general billing rather than NDIS-specific claim formatting.
Does RideMinder offer a free trial? +
Yes. The Fleet plan includes a 14-day free trial and the Enterprise plan includes a 30-day free trial. If you don't select a plan before the trial ends, platform access pauses but your data is retained — you can resume at any time by choosing a plan.
