Dedicated Fleet Coordinator

For all bookings of 4+ vehicles, a single Fleet Coordinator manages all drivers, vehicles and communication across the entire program. Your one point of contact from briefing to debrief.

Pre-Event Driver Briefing

All drivers are briefed before the event with a full run sheet including roles, vehicle assignments, staging positions and contingency protocols.

Real-Time GPS Fleet Monitoring

Every vehicle tracked in real time throughout the program. The Fleet Coordinator monitors all movements and can re-route or reallocate instantly if needed.

Standby Vehicle & Driver

For programs of 7 or more vehicles, a standby vehicle and driver are held on-call for the full duration — ready to respond if any vehicle or driver issue arises.

Verified, Accredited Drivers

All drivers hold Working With Vulnerable People clearances and police checks. Security-aware and briefed on in-car discretion standards for VIP and diplomatic movements.

Full Discretion as Standard

In-car conversations are never repeated. Principal identities and itineraries are not disclosed. Our drivers understand that discretion isn't a request — it's the baseline.

The 4-hour minimum reflects the operational reality of VIP transport — drivers pre-position, hold during the engagement, and remain on standby after departure in the event of a turnaround. This time is committed regardless of whether it is actively used.

Deposit paid, policy accepted, written Booking Confirmation issued. Fleet Coordinator assigned.

Run Sheet

Full run sheet issued 48 hours before the event with driver names, plates, roles and schedule.

Execution

Fleet Coordinator on-call throughout the program. Real-time GPS monitoring. Zero margin for error.
