Gate A: We will meet you directly outside gate A between Optus and Hudsons Cafe
Gate B: Exit the gate to the right, walk ahead and we will meet you between Optus and Hudsons
Domestic Terminal
Your driver will meet you by the luggage carousels in the arrivals area on the ground floor near check-in
International Terminal
Your driver will meet you in the arrivals hall. As you exit into the arrivals hall, turn left and your driver will be located in front of the Coffee Club
Terminal 1 Domestic (Virgin)
Driver meeting point is at the entry to the arrivals hall, adjacent to Carousel #1 (passenger entry down escalator and through the folding glass doors)
Terminal 1 International (Airlines other than Qantas)
Driver meeting point is at the entry to the arrivals hall (passenger entry through the sliding glass doors after immigration and customs)
Terminal 2
Driver meeting point is adjacent to Carousel #1
Terminal 3 International (Qantas)
Driver meeting point is at the entry to the arrivals hall (passenger entry through the sliding glass doors after immigration and customs)
Terminal 3 & 4 Domestic (Qantas & Jetstar)
Driver meeting point is directly in front of the Terminal 4 main arrivals area folding glass doors, located adjacent to Carousel #1

Your driver will meet you inside the terminal, at the arrivals hall, as you exit through the doors from the restricted customs area

After collecting your luggage, make your way out to the arrivals security door where the driver will be waiting for you
