Solo is for owner-operators: 1 driver, 1 vehicle, manual dispatch via mobile, co-branded passenger app. Fleet is for multi-driver operations: up to 20 drivers and 10 vehicles, automated dispatch, corporate account management, driver messaging, incident management and CC fee passthrough. Enterprise adds unlimited drivers and vehicles, enhanced reporting, dedicated account management, phone support and advanced compliance infrastructure.
